Avoriaz is a winter wonderland, seen by many as the snowboard
capital of Europe!
The terrain on offer in Avoriaz is more than amazing and will suit every level and style of rider: trees, big cliff drops, powder bowls and easy, wide flats - it´s all here. The management are very positive in promoting snowboarding thus there is an abundance of good snowparks; 3 parks in Avoriaz alone and in addition to this there is the Burton Stash and a half-pipe right in the town. Avoriaz, accessible directly from Morzine town, is centrally located in the Portes du Soleil region, one of the largest international skiing regions in the world.
Mint Snowboarding is the only snowboard specific school in Avoriaz.
